Shipping Terms
We are shipping coffee beans from all the port international in Indonesia. That is Tanjong Priok (Jakarta), Tanjung Perak (Surabaya), Belawan (medan), Tanjung Mas (Semarang), Makasar internasional port (Makassar). We help recommend you to find best port to delivery your Product, we guarantee and provide safety of delivery for you
- Keep on mind, that transit time and departure date is depending on the shipping Line. For more information we Will inform you for departure time estimation based on your port location
Payment Terms
We only accept TT (Telegraph transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) payments. TT and L/C will be directed to our company account in Indonesia. We use Comercial Bank in Indonesia. Due to L/C fee, We do not accept L/C for the volume of fewer than 1 containers of Coffee Beans. Western Union, Cryptocurrency, and others not bankable payments are not accepted. Payment should be done in USD.
Payment terms are 50% down payment. After receiving this payment we start the packing of coffee green beans into jute bags. To load a 1×20” feet container we need 3 working days. Staffing container with coffee beans takes 2-3 hours.
After the container with coffee beans is shipped we prepare shipping documents: Bill of Lading, Certificate of origin, invoice, packing list. it takes 3-5 working days to prepare all the documents. Right after that, we send you a photocopy of B/L and COO. Now is your turn to transfer us the rest of 50% of the payment. After we receive payment we will send you original documents via DHL or just a telex release.
Quality Control
We pay a lot of attention to produce coffee beans. Every production batch is tested separately. To test coffee beans’ quality we use a coffee laboratory of the Indonesian Coffee and Cocoa Research Institute. It is an independent laboratory that tests our products on physical characteristics, tasting notes, and scores.
We are happy to see your representatives in our coffee bean warehouse in Indonesia. You can come at any time to monitor the production process and stuffing of the container. Please come to our warehouse to check the quality or you hire an independent surveyor who will do it for you.
Coffee Plantation
Yes, please come and visit our coffee beans plantation in Indonesia. Let us know the date and time of your arrival and we will pick up you at the airport. We send you our car to bring you and show you our production process. We can also help to arrange your accommodation.
Most of our first-time wholesale buyers come and visit our process center for the first time buy. You need to see the production process, our staff, packing and stuffing of container.
Sample Request
You can request type of sample for coffee beans to us. We will pack it and you can pay only the shipment. Then, we will send you the photo of the commercial invoice also invoice document within the sample through DHL or other international shipment.
